International Peacemaker to Visit Scioto Valley (PSV) in Spetember

The Planning Team is continuing to set up and offer opportunities for our Presbytery members and friends to meet with the Rev. Fursan Ayed Zumot, the international Peacemaker from Palestine, who will be visiting in our presbytery in September. Fursan is a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Redeemer in Jerusalem. He will be speaking on the church’s efforts to support Christians spiritually and economically and to advocate for a just and lasting peace for all people in Israel and Palestine at the following places – all are welcome to attend:

1. Sunday, September 18 at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 2070 Ridgecliff Road, Columbus, Ohio for the adult education program at 9 a.m., and the worship service at 10 a.m.
2. Monday, September 19 at First Presbyterian Church, 211 Schmitt Drive, Waverly, Ohio, for a free luncheon and program at Noon.
